SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We are based in the UK, and currently only post within the UK.
Upgrades to postage are avalible at checkout.
Standard (Second Class): Flat rate £2.95 per order.
First Class Standard: £3.45
Postage for orders over £25 is free (applied at checkout)
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days after order and full payment is received.
We are currently dispatching orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays.
Orders should take up to 3-5 business days to arrive (depending on Royal Mail/Bank Holidays etc).

PAYMENT
We accept payment via Paypal, which keeps your payment details 100% secure. You can pay via credit/debit card through paypal as normal.
Orders will be sent to confirmed Paypal address, so please ensure that this is correct
Any other methods of payments, please contact us for advice/options.

EASY RETURNS
We do offer a 30 days return service. If you have simply changed your mind or just want to return your order, you can return the items to us (in new, unused condition as you received it) for a full refund. If the item arrives damaged or faulty/defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return/refund. Return postage is only refunded is the item is faulty/defective or damaged on receipt.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Larger orders and/or small packages will have a tracking number. This will be sent to you once dispatched, so you can track the delivery via the Royal Mail website.
*Please note that Royal Mail tracking numbers (unless stated) only track once delivered.
MORE INFORMATION
If your item hasn't arrived in the estimated time, we ask if you could give it an extra few days (in case of courier delays/busy periods etc).
Royal Mail state to wait up to 10 working days after the deliver due date for items posted within the UK. If your item still hasn't arrived after this time, please let us know.
We always obtain proof of postage for all items dispatched, should a claim have to be made.
Please ensure your postal address is correct.
All the sizes we state are approximate, as everything can vary slightly in size.
We try to take accurate photos of our items, but please be aware that colours/shades shown could vary slightly on different screens/monitors.
Also, the pictures shown are stock photos of the items that you will receive.
